Hi ppl, can you guys recommend me a good book on flash photography? like how to position the flash... etc

After you read the theory, don't forget to practice, practice and practice. And you may want to larn lighting by using 2 flashes, or a flash with a reflector. After that, DIY some simple snoot and honeycomb to learn more about isolated lighting...
Then you'll find yourself addicted to lighting techniques...  Happy learning...
