Default Frog!

Something that will make most girls cringe at the sight...
I was in my aunt's house in Ipoh, and this frog just hopped in from the back door after the rain and stuck itself on the red gate.

I love how the red contrasts with the green body of the frog. Because I didn't use flash or anything and it was at night, I had to creep up to it really close with a tripod and my kit lens to capture this shot.

No flash? Was there a spot light above the frog? It seems to be illuminated by a light source.

yah there was the kitchen lights, but it was really kind of dim... the frog was totally stationary so I could capture it although the exposure was more than 1/15s.

haha, thanks...

kit lens can take good photos too, if you're not too picky on its technical aspects like abbreviations and not so crystal sharp images. oh oh and it's aperture size... haha
