    Default Flower macros

The common roadside variety of pink flowers.. tiny bitsy ones about 1cm wide.

It was darn hard to get into position, steady hands, dealing with wind etc.

Now I remember why I don't do marcos much!

    Default Laotian kids

I don't upload and show portrait shots, as a (personal) rule.

But just this once, two which I like lots!

    Both with DA70 Ltd.

Tomorrow I'm gonna run for a full 42,195m marathon, the third time for me

Just to inspire myself a bit, here to share several more marathon shots I took during the Beijing Olympic 2008:

Any one wanna shoot me tomorrow? I'm aiming to reach the finish line in 4 hours time, so probably will reach around 9:30am

Whenever I look at the runners like these, I'd always feel very excitied:

Hey, am doing 21k tomorrow. And targeting 4h to 4.5h; my pace is that sloth-like! :P

    Anyone else running too?

Hey, that's good to know. Half marathon isn't easy either. Hope we'd both reach the finish line

Had a really bad stomach early this week, finally I feel better now. But this isn't an excuse to stop me getting on the road ...

Congrats, Alvan Glad to know that you made it.

I wasn't in my best shape yesterday, only finished the full marathon in 4hr16min. But not too bad consider I could barely walk just a week ago (due to a bad stomach, needed to see doctor on Monday and again on Wed.). BTW, it took me 1hr 50min to reach the half mark The next half took me much longer though ...

    Here is my medal:
