Does all Nikkor lenses comes with nikon pouch?

No, 24-120mm VR doesn't comes with a lense pouch.

Some of the lenses comes with a cloth pouch, some with a PVC/leather pouch. Some of the gold-band lenses even come with a leather cylindrical case with strap.

And the big mamas (200mm onwards to 600mm) comes with their own lense briefcase-like box. (as in those metal/wood flight cases)
