Default CS Server issue resolved?

Just noticed that the server is back to life and it's really fast.
Many thanks and kudos to all Admins and Mods who have spent hours at day and night to migrate the servers and to resolve the issues! Working for an IT provider I do know what it means to migrate systems and to track and solve all the hiccups afterwards. There is no migration without it.
Thank you so much!

We appreciate members' patience while we work out the kinks. We will continue to monitor the performance over the course of the next few days to make sure that the slowdown issues are truly solved.

Slowdown issues are one of those things that are really difficult to debug due to the fact that they can often be tough to replicate - thus we have to wait till it happens before anything can be done.

So while we really appreciate everyone's enthusiasm (especially since the daytime slowdowns seem to have gone), do pardon me for being a wet blanket but its really still too early to say if the slowdown issues are truly gone as we have not passed through any peak periods yet.

However, as Darren has mentioned earlier, we are still monitoring performance in the hopes of achieving stabilisation soon so everyone's patience is greatly appreciated (especially when you suddenly see slowdowns and "ClubSNAP is undergoing maintenance and database repair..." messages).

Big thank you to the mods and admins for finally pinning it down "Sometimes can sometimes cannot" is the worst kind of fault to troubleshoot, agreed.

Just curious, would you be able to share any details as to what happened? No problem if you would prefer not to.

Either way it's good to have CS back!

"the whole day"? Or did you mean from 10+pm onwards till 12+am? The forums were never closed for maintenance until that timing last night. Plus, I have never said at any time that the whole issue has been resolved.

it happen to me once when I keep refreshing on the same page that show "under maintenance" for the whole day, but when I type another CS address (main), I was supprised that CS forum has been posted with other forumer post during the downtime all along, I think it's due to my computer didn't clear the cache or I didn't press ctrl F5 for force refresh.
