Yosemite National Park

Just this weekend, i took a trip down to Yosemite. It was quite good, but not as awe inspiring as the Grand Canyon. But still its a photographers dream. If you're planning to go there, i guess the best time would be spring, where the rivers are overflowing and the waterfalls are running strongly. In summer, they are pretty much dried up already. The park is about 4 1/2 hours drive from San Francisco

Planning to go again in Winter ...

Yosemite is great. I lived in Fresno for 3 years and last visited in 1999. Great for pic. Winter is just as breathtaking.

ahhh ... thats taken at the carmel scenic drive... its called "the lone cyprus" , near the pebble beach golf course where they play the PGA tornaments. In US of course
