is it just me or is the website awfully s...l...o...w....

anyway nice pics, i love turtles, so i'm biased. looks like some background blurring touch up, if not those are excellent underwater panning shots!

Thanks all for your kind words... still have a lot to learn & a long way to go.

The "panning" effect was already in the orig photo but i ps-ed it to increase the panning. Also helps to disguise all the horrid backscatter!

Thanx guys... heard that the currents are SUPER strong (3-5 knots) plus freezing cold water (16*C) - not sure how i'll survive!! Waisj, aren't you going to manado soon??

Quickly go do DM course and can be assistant DM to waisj lah!

Waahh waisj, I'm jealous already... think you will need to bring a laptop to download your photos in sangalaki cos no amt of CF is gonna be enuf!!

haha yah that is what i do for my overseas trip.. lugging a laptop there. my instructor will bring his mac and edit videos.. and a couple of guys for lighting and safety...!!! heavy man.... but.. yippee.... sangkalaki....
here i come.. i think...

assistant DM to me.?? no lar... i no good diver.. always break rules...
learn from keith or lanxx better...

err. diang si keith? lanxx self proclaim he is not a guai guai diver also ...hahaha. i thought of going the dm way, lanxx advise me to log 50-100 dives first. i only have 17... *counts* wa lao. takes me another two years before i can go for it man.

if u wanna do photography, forget about being DM. The money can be spent on more equipment instead

Besides, since we are not full time dive pros, anytime we have we would allocate for leisure, not leading divers and playing marine police

BTW I have the DM certification but I juz wanna take pictures while out there. hahahahaha!

Wahh... waisj, when are you going to Sangalaki? If got uw video, pls show us ok?? I went last nov and one of my friends brought a laptop - 3 of us shot something like 3-4 GB of photos!!!! Shiok to have laptop cos we had "slideshow" everynight! Sang is awesome man! (yeah, my pocket is still hurting from it).

Ok lah, will bring digicam to bali but may shoot mainly "videos" with it!! heh heh heh
