Lightzone

I've just tried out the Lightzone 3 photo editing software and to me, it has got to be one the easiest and most straight forward way of editing photos. It also gives some very nice results!

It combines the photo management of Lightroom with the powerful editing capabilities of Photoshop, all in a seamless package. Its editing tools I find are a lot more direct than Photoshop and easier to get the results I'm after.

Edit: Ok, I've found one downside to this software. Its quite a demanding software to run. My Athlon 64 with 1.25GB of ram running WinXP isn't running it very quickly but my laptop is about 4 years old already so the newer systems should be able to run it at a decent pace.
