Default Worth to buy a +4 close up filter?

as above?
wats the difference bet macro mode and a +4 close up filter?
btw, one 52MM +4 filter cost how much?

Should be pretty cheap.
Hoya 58mm +4 closeup is S$15.

The cam's built-in macro usually allows you to focus at a very close distance, but you'll not be able to utilise the optical zoom very much. With the +4 filter, you can use the full zoom and yet able to focus at a relatively short distance (20-25cm with a +4). This way, the magnification is higher than just using the macro mode.

52mm +4 costs around $14.
