Just caught the TV sponsored ad for the movie "The Island" by Nikon on TCS Channel 5.
I just found it overly sinister and hence rather hilarious.
A man with a deep growling voice says stuff like....."having your organs harvested" because you are "a clone" and "when your body does not belong to you".....ha ha! ROFL
The bizarre thing is that due to air-time cost, it pans immediately to the words "sponsored by Nikon" and is then followed by an advertisement showing a bunch of Black Nikon Lenses in a shady background and then the latest D90 at a slanted and rather sinister angle.
Be sure to tune in and check it out!
Maybe, just to build on the atmosphere, Nikon should sponsor the entire series of the Star Wars films, especially episodes 1 to 3.
