Default Film to use for portraits

Hi, I'm moving up to medium format soon and I've been using 35mm negatives previously. I didn't like the low saturation of the Superia and the Kodak Gold at all... so far the only thing I've tried and liked are the FP4 and the 1600 Neopan.... both of which are black and white films [hahas, sorry for "duh" info]...

Anyone has suggestions on which slide/negative film to use for portraits? I'm buying a Mamiya 645 Pro
Anyone one knows where to buy ISO1600 Neopan 120 film as well?

TIA
