Default Garland Maker

Garland-makers weave their red, yellow and white creations from roses, marigolds and jasmine. These colours symbolize love, peace and purity. On religious days, ladies adorn their hair with flowers. Widows are exceptions, as they are not allowed to beautify themselves.

Yeah I mostly ask them if I can shoot. Some say ok and some dont want. Many ppl dont mind if you ask, but sometimes if you take without asking, they get suspicious and chase you away.

I find that foreign workers are normally more friendly than local chinese, perhaps it is the reason ppl always shoot at little india instead of china town?
