Default F1 Panning attempts

Some of my attempts at Panning during the F1 race









Shot using a Nikon D300 with a 70-200VR F2.8 at Pit Grandstand

nice & sharp pics for most of them. the renault's kinda soft... and damn that fence again lol.

I like that bmw sauber photo. personal preference, maybe brighten the photo abit more in post-process to add some 'zing'. the exposure is nice but doesnt give a feeling that it was a night race...my 2c...

can U pls share what shutter speed u used? most of my pics kinda blurry from my f4-5.6 lens =(

My speed was 1/150, F2.8, ISO on auto. All posts done without any post processing- the photos come as they are shot.

The pan effect isnt very obvious. Maybe the shutter speed was too fast.

are U going to post process or just leave it? i'm just curious... its a personal choice... the renault's give a orangey warm feel compared to the greenish-blue from the other fotos... sometimes I do that with my photos as well..
