fuji finepix 2800 or 4900 or oly c2040?

heloo there, i am a newbie and this is only my second post. i am wondering which of these cameras will suit a newbie for me. use it mainly for taking photos for memories sake and just burning it onto cd r or printing some out. basically a point and shoot camera until i get more interested into this hobby. anyone know what is the going price for a fuji finepix 4900 or anyone has a second hand one to sell? hopefully not too expensive.

Sorry the deal with the Fuji2800 didn't work out.

Why don't you consider Fuji2600? Same specs as Fuji2800 except that it has 3x zoom instead of 6x. Cheaper camera to play with before you decide whether you want to be serious in photography.

Personally, I think I will be going for the C2040. Its is a bit bulkier but there is more functions to play with.

Well why not wait for the 602 then hehhehee

But I think that what bother him most is the cash so it's better to look ard maybe for a 2nd hand one.

less than 1k plus a 128mb sm card for second hand.
