Photoshop batch processing, cropping

This is not my first time doing a 4R size cropping in horizontal and vertical format. Usually it work on my CS3 (original version). This morning i tried to do the same processing but it doesn't work at all. Either it cut off my picture or a big white borders appear at the side. Well i don't have the time to crop 900 images manually.

Anyone face the same problem before and how you remedy it? TIA.
