Default Ramly's



Captured this at the Geylang Serai Market.
It is interesting to see that there are so many Chinese helping out at the Malays stalls.

camera: sony a100
focal length: 28mm
aperture: f5.6
shutter: 1/25s
iso: 800
pp: crop, saturation, white balance, straightening, remove lens flare, noise filter, sharpening.

hahaa.. cool..this hawker dosn't cut corners..
the eggs are still wrapped one-by-one!


some of the stalls i see..when cooking many patties.. will make one big sheet of eggs first.. den space out the patties... and then crop the sheet of egg to wrap up the individual patties.
