I was reading the forums and tried a technique to see if my sigma lenses have front focus (i shot a newspaper and the few lines ahead of my focal point was in focus). now that i've identified the problem,
how long does the sigma service centre take to rectify the problem? can i just walk in with my lens, or do i have to set an appointment? and does anyone know how much it might cost? thanks in advanced! ![]() |

thanks guys! i called up the Sigma service centre and they said it can be done in a few hours. i've set my appointment for tmr. they told me that i gotta bring down my camera so they can calibrate it to my camera coz they said each lens has to be calibrated to one camera body.
![]() not a problem for me, but im just wondering, what if a person has more than one body, and the lens can only be calibrated to one. means if he swaps his lens to another body, the photos wont be properly focused again? ![]() |
