AY6810, care to tell me abit more about the sky garden? Where is it and is it open to public? I might use that place to do my portfolio for my friend..

In anycase, my exams end on 11 dec. However, my revision hasn't be quite productive. I've been shooting more than studying. But thanks for asking anyway.

How about we put the Orchard - Botanic garden idea to a vote? Responses seems to be in favor. Perhaps we should express our available timings? Meeting Place should be Orchard MRT I guess. 21 Dec... I'm available from 12.30pm onwards preferably. Unless I skip my dance class in the morning =X
This is the building at Buona Vista Station area so not that far from Botanic Gardens (public can access 23flr-North-highest and 22nd Flr-Symbiosis Tower). You got to go up there to realise the unbounded feeling...Like I said, may snap some shots next week weather permitting...

I'll most likely meet you chaps at Botanic Gardens (time please?) if you want or at Bouna Vista station (for skygarden shoot)

Theres a pool down below lol, good spot for sniping! haha. looks like 150 meters away though.

Nice shots slimo, but I wouldn't risk going so close to the water! I got the feeling that portrait orientation may help with the 2nd pic to capture the front few sprouts and give a "deeper" perspective? Spot-on exposure nonetheless... should get a Star filter =X
    Looking for Canon 100mm F2 USM :)

Would really like to meet you guys!

I think Orchard - Botanic Gardens seems to give more options.
Just have to sort a meeting place and time.

Ombre, how are the exams going?, nearly finished?
I'll try to make it. if I cant I will post here 2 days in advance.

i check out the location of the biopolis and botanic garden from street directory, from biopolis to botanic garden will have to travel about 3 to 4km... i won't mind much about the distance...

anyway so far we dun have a solid plan on where we are going to shoot... but seem like through the discussion 1 location we are sure to past by is botanic garden

    upz for the cheap deal!

Actually the diffuser is better described as a soft-focus filter =) Gives a dreamy look or makes skin tones look smoother and abit fairer. Great for female portraits!

Should do a water droplet picture with the multivision, that could be interesting.
