Default Horrible Flooding and Failed traffic lights...

it was one of the worst driving experience i had this morning when i get into work... a trip that usually only take me 45 mins ended up 1hour and 45 mins... why?

    1) there are very bad floodings everywhere, even orchard road, with a lane totally flooded with water on each side.

    2) the lights at a major junction was not working.... and the drivers do not dare to move!

so what can I do about this?

I took taxi hoping to avoid the MRT rush hour and the long walk in the rain. I ended up in a jam instead. LOL! Bloody AYE started to jam from Teban Flyover all the way till Clementi exit. Took the exit at Clementi Ave 6 and I got a bigger surprise. More jam!!$#@ Traffic lights faulty at Ulu Pandan means extra 'kaching' for the cab driver who seemed to be smiling all the way. Ah well. What a way to start the morning.

That's actually what I did this morning. Go home and sleep.

Oh, but also took some pictures. See, all flooded, how to walk? Thinking the **** and urine maybe floating around,..... In fact, what shown here was clearing up, much worse earlier on.

I believed whatever needed to be done, had already done. But of course with many rooms for improvement. This kind of flood is not common and if not wrong only happen when a heavy down pour coincide with high tiles. So, either the rain and tiles reduce, the flood will go away very fast. Those lower altitude area will kanna.

    Cheers!
