Default Singapore F1 - what equipments allow ?

Hi guys, I got the Bay Grandstand Green Upper tickets on Sat which I'm going with my wife.

And any one knows, like what equipments can allow to shoot ?

    I properly bring my 1d2, 300/2.8, 100-400 (or 70-200/2.8 IS) and 24-70 (or 16-35) plus a mono pod.
My wife mostly carry a PNS with video function.

    拍照重要的不是尺度,而是照片帶給大家的感覺.

    Bros ...

Rules have been relaxed. No more lens restrictions and tripods allowed with some exceptions ... go do a search at the official website for more.

    Dear Valued Customer,

With less than a month to go until our historic race, we are delighted to highlight some of the key points to note to make your time with us as enjoyable as possible. Over the coming weeks we will be sharing more insider tips that we hope you will find useful.

We have received some very valuable feedback from ticket holders since we started selling tickets in February this year. As a result of which we have revised several of our published Terms and Conditions.

    Children under 7

After purchasing the tickets to the race, some of you subsequently conveyed to us that you would like special dispensation to bring children younger than 7 years old into the circuit.

Singapore GP Pte Ltd still strongly discourages parents from bringing children under 7 years old into the circuit park. Children should not be exposed to the noise levels typically found at a Formula One race. Although the Circuit Park is as safe as it is possible to be, it is still a motor racing event, which brings along with it a unique set of safety and security issues. Parents should also note that prams and strollers are not allowed into the circuit.

If parents are insistent that despite our strong advice that they still wish to bring children under 7 years old into the park, they will only be able to do so if they are prepared to indemnify Singapore GP of all liability or responsibility arising from their decision.

The indemnity form can be downloaded here.

You will also be required to attach proof of date of birth.

Alternatively, the form can be obtained from our ticketing assistance counters at the Circuit. Parents/guardians will have to fill up the form before they approach our gates, together with the child named in the form.

The prohibition for children below four years old from entering remains, and will be strictly enforced.

    Cameras and Tripods

Thanks for your feedback here and again we have some positive changes to report. The restriction on lens focal length and tripods (including monopods) has been removed. However, tripods and monopods may not be used in grandstands or in locations where they may block other spectators views. All are now allowed subject to a strict personal use policy. The rights to all images belong to Formula One Management Ltd, and cannot be used for any commercial purpose without the express approval of the company. By agreeing to enter the circuit, you have agreed that the images captured are solely for your personal (amateur) use only. We reserve the right to remove any photographic/videographic equipment from the park should we feel are meant for commercial purposes.

    Umbrellas

Umbrellas will now also be allowed to be brought into the Circuit Park. However they MUST NOT be used at the grandstands as they pose safety threats, as well as interfere with others from enjoying the race. We will be selling packets of single-use raincoats that are bundled with earplugs, at a cost of only SGD$2 per pack. All profits arising from the sale of the items will be donated to the Singapore Red Cross Society and St Johns Ambulance, both registered charities in Singapore.

With that, we hope that you will have an enjoyable race.

    Yours Sincerely

    Singapore GP Pte Ltd
