there are alot of ways to get your pics to be black and white like edit after you shoot and shoot it black and white so i was wondering if these ways really make a difference?

For me, I always think & visualize before shooting. That means I alrady have the idea that I am going to convert it to black & white later. And I always shoot in colour. |

shooting (digital) in color, you can thousand and one kinds of conversion for B&W later.
shooting in (digital) B&W, you get one kind of B&W and not possible to get color later. |
