Hmmm no leh. Tink current 1 better cuz e items r divided accordingly to brand and types of equipment. Some r still rather broad i guess. Like maybe bags can put under its own section since we see a lot of bags being sold and requested. Just my opinion.

hi ts
why not write your feel straight in the feedback sub forum? helps to get your opinion directly to the mods.

I have no preference really but felt the present format does not allow any input from others except seller for WTS or buyer for WTB.. so a potentially errorenous item could be sold to unsuspecting buyer, e.g.; an AI lens is said to be AIS. Only option is to PM seller and if seller is honest enough to correct it.
Not relating to any present or past threads but this is where B&S issues could potentially cause unhappiness. ../azul123 |

I missed the seller/buyer rating system.

I guess this way it saves on alot of "uneccessary chatter" but in those chatter we get to correct what's wrong or ask for pictures when not supplied.. I mean this is a photography forum, maybe every item on B&S must at least come with some photos right? if selling a rated 10 show leh maybe alot of wear and tear should be rated 8?...
But then again, a lot of chatter carries alot of bandwidth and that cost$, so I do understand the reasoning. ../azul123 |

I feel this way is less transparent =\
And if seller is not on for 24 hours, especially if the item is hot, sure multiple bids

Given the nature of the discussion, it's now moved to FAQs and Feedback.

There was already an extensive discussion over this when the new system was rolled out in Jul. Please read the following thread which is now a sticky:
http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=392642 There are pros and cons for both ways, and the admins and mods believe that the current system is the one to go with. I believe the concerns raised in this thread have been addressed in the main thread. I am closing this thread. Please continue your discussion if necessary in the thread linked to above. Thanks. -Roy
