Very impressive bokeh...But I dont see the point of using a prime for video.

I know of a wedding VGs who do use primes in addition to MF to achieve that something that you can't do with a stock unit.

Nikon does have video & motion cameras in their product history....

VS-GH1
VS-GH2
VS-GH3
VS-GH4

They also have a range of 8mm cameras, the R8 & R10.

So D90 is not entirely new for nikon in the motion picture & video industry.

Just to add, Nikon also have the good old days of carrying a seperate video camera & recorder in the SVHS / 8mm video era.

the Nikon S100 camera module with seperate recorder.

The truth is that it isn't that good, but it is visibly a couple of steps up from the current PnS videos.

Thanks for this video. I own the Sigma 150mm myself and wondered how it would fare when used to shoot video. Hope you don't mind that I linked up to your clip at :> http://www.dpnotes.com/nikon-d90-mov...-clip-samples/

Thanks again! I hope to get my D90 in a couple of days.
