Thread: Minolta manual lens on Canon 400D

Default Minolta manual lens on Canon 400D

I have a minolta 50mm f1.2 lens that I used on my X700 for many years. I now have a Canon 400D and have a silly question to ask.

Is there an adaptor of some sort that can be used to fit the lens to my 400D?

Of course there will be no autofocus but that is not a problem. MF is fine with me..in fact sometimes I focus faster with MF..!

I absolutely love this lens (maybe more than my wife) and do not want to let go of it.

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    mel
