Any update on local $ for Tamron 28-300mm and Tamron 90mm

Hey there... quick check has any bought a local set of any of these Tamron 28-300 VC and Tamron Macro 90mm lens? when,. where and whats the last price that you managed to get it for? I'm pretty new and not very good at haggling with shops... but would be nice to be "armed" with some prices in mind before I start?.. hehehe... seen the price guide and seems it not as complete as the Nikons or Canons...
