Stuck Focus Ring

Hi guys,

I have a friend who just dropped her nikon d200 with an 18-70mm lens. Apparently after the drop, the focus ring is stuck but anything else works just fine. Any idea how much to get this fixed?

I think it's the zoom ring that is stuck. It's the most vulnerable part
The focus ring is somewhere near the mount which is a strong part of this lens
Anyway, I have the replacement parts if it's damaged
