I get irritated when I search and there's no result, so I have to wait 30 seconds before I can do another search. Can this please be removed? It makes searching so slow.
Also, when I search, for example "LX3", it will say nothing was found, yet when I go to the panasonic forum, I will see so many instances of LX3 showing up. Why does the search not come up with these in the result? Then I have to wait another 30 seconds before doing another search. Many times I want to search a few different things, and try changing keywords when there are no results (perhaps when there really should be some results), and have to wait more. |

![]() Yes.. very strange indeed... like when I was searching for 35mm - no results, and have to wait another 30secs to try again.. most of the time i just give up and try searching through the threads... very tiresome and time consuming! Last edited by photoedit; 14th September 2008 at 11:53 AM. |

It's easier to post a question that may have been asked many times, go for a nap and then come back to find the answer amongst the replies telling you to go search.

I think there has to be a limit for the search, if not the whole forum will lag and I'm sure no one will enjoy the forum at all.
Anyway, that is also why you probably can't search for LX3. It was a compromise made to have at least 4 characters for search. And this isn't the only forum that uses this method. You could try using google search and limit to search in clubsnap though. |

Yah, just google to search within Clubsnap will be more effective than to search in this forum.
