    If its 20th 2am and you say 8am tomorrow of course it will mean 21st 8am liao. In this case I will say, 8am Later.
    If its 2359hr then I will say 8am tomorrow.
    Officially after 0000hr its a new day liao, so after 0000hr and you say tomorrow, it will mean the next day.
