frankly speaking, 2500 can't get u anywhere. a normal tag heur watch could easily set u back by 5K. one of my colleague worn a 6K tag heur squarish watch to work alrdy. if u want to impress gals or guys, u probably need this http://www.ballwatch.com/ or better.

Note: Branded watch, might make u look like a uncle.

Since F1 starting in Singapore in a few weeks time, you can consider getting the Tag F1 Grande Date, nice watch for under 2k. Or Longines if you prefer a more clean and classic vintage looking watch.

I'm looking for more subtle, less rough, robust looking watch. something cleaner, sometihng classier. Good recommendation though.

Something nice for 17th Birthday (Click Me)

Anyway.. The best is to go to a nice watch store, and molest all the watches, till you feel something nice =)

Some people may want a diamond studded hellokitty watch for clubbing, some may prefer something else.. eh?

i made ur dream come true?!

how about a watch from Muji, Swatch (Skin collection) cannot match ur status? hmmm... brands from Japan (Seiko?) oso have vaguely similiar designs from the pic u 1st posted.

my Seiko automatic from Mustafa under $140, matches my chin chai status rather well...

hahaha what i'm only a student. No status to speak of. My "status" earlier just meant me, as a person. social hierachy? lol. just pushing it.

Anyway, i like muji stuff! haha that's a good reminder. i guess i should pop over to check out their stuff..hmm, maybe tomorrow.

    Tag Heuer? Good enough?
Get the Formula 1 series & go clubbing at F1 events.

can i add that for important functions ur attire & shoes will get noticed from far, not ur watch. good shoes would be especially so, more so than a watch.

most dress watches being low profile like eg. Swatch Skin collection would be hidden under the long sleeves of shirts...

i always felt that watch > shoes, anytime.

and no tags for me. too, predictable. too common.

Something like this? Should be within budget and it looks classic.
