Learn to develop the B+W film yourself.
Easy.

Yes they do.

and i have a question of my own too -

For warmtone B&W, does it lie in the printing or developing process in order to obtain that effect?

it's in the printing process. it's the use of warm toned papers during printing.

Kit to develop film to negs, including:

Dark bag
Processing tank (2x135mm or1x 120 film at same time)
Measuring Graduate
Thermometer
Timer
Chemicals (developer & fixer)
Few rolls Ilford Delta 400 to get started

All from Ruby at under $150.

A good scanner (e.g. Canon 8800F) can be had for approx $180 in B&S.

If B&W is yr thing and you can process yr own negs, you will never look back. Good luck!
