Sony announces full-frame Alpha 900, lenses

Sony today has officially unveiled the Alpha 900, a 24.39 million image pixel full-frame digital SLR with an expected price tag of about US$3000 in the U.S. when it ships this fall. The electronics giant has also announced two new lenses, a Vario Sonnar T* 16-35mm f/2.8 ZA from Zeiss and a 70-400mm f/4-5.6 in Sony's G series.
