Default 50mm F1.8 AF and MF. Which is sharper?

Hi guys

Just want to get your feedback. For the 50mm F1.8, comparing AF and MF, do you think MF is slightly a tad sharper than AF?

My lens is working fine and great.

But just a gut feeling that somehow, mf seems to shoot sharper images.

That's why posted here, to see if fellow 50mm users have this feeling too?

For me, both MF and AF are equally sharp

(if i don't accidentally shoot an OOF shot while MF-ing)

the only explaination that i can think of is that your AF is not reading accurately. Otherwise i don't think its possible.

Could it be a front back issues?

But anyway, my AF is giving me very strong images too...so I guess maybe its just one of the 'I think too much' kinda thing..
