D80 rubber pad

Hi,

My D80 rubber pad is coming off and my warranty is still valid. I tried to call NSC a couple of times but still couldn't get to anyone.

Does anyone know if they will replace it foc since it's under warranty?

Why not make a trip down to NSC personally? I'm sure things will turn out well
