I thought it was the Children's television workshop, or CTW?

today's program was brought to you by the letter C and the letter S, and by the number 7.

C is for cookie, and cookie starts with C yeah!

And the number to call for enquiries is 538766.

When we move to 7-digit phone numbers it was updated to 2538766.

Wonder if the number is still active now (62538766)???

For the younger generation in CS, yes, there was a time when the government is promoting family planning and the slogan was "Two is enough", "Sheng1 yu2 yue4 duo1, fen1 xiang3 yue4 shao3".
    Wah ... you win!

Anyone here watched The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman?

What's the name of the $6M Man in the show?

How did he become the $6M Man?

    What are his special powers?

    How about the Bionic Woman?

Here's the theme song for the $6M Man:

You can do a search on google and you will find quite a number of sites featuring this TV series.

I was too young back then to remember any one of the episodes. I only remember the mechanical sound effect when he uses his bionic powers such as running, picking up something real heavy or using his telescopic eye.

I mentioned this in another "oldies" thread. Anyone remember Shen1 Bao3 Zi1 Ye2, a variety + game show sponsored by Sharp, hosted by Zhang1 Wei2?

    How about Bin1 Fen1 Ba1 San1 (translates to "Colourful '83")?

    Can you remember Lin2 Zhu2 Jun1 and Zhang1 Xiao3 Ying1?
