How about the one where everyone goes around singing
"I'd like to teach to world to sing,
    In perfect harmony.
    "I'd like --- --- ----- - ----
    And keep it company."

1 version - lotsa kids singing it....
2 version - lotsa adults singing it....
3 version - had a Xmas tree in in.....

    Early 1980's, methinks

Anyone watched the Japanese sci fi series Giant Robot and Ultraman?

These were broadcast by Malaysia (early 70's) and the dialog were dubbed in Malay. Most kids in my neighbourhood don't understand what they were talking about in the program but still loved to watch nonetheless.
As complexity rises, precise statements lose meaning and meaningful statements lose precision.

correct!!! by The Children's Workshop (TCW, before it took on another meaning here in CS) the same folks who did Sesame Street.

my fave segment was the Spiderman portions. very amusing now that i think of it. and if anyone remembers, Morgan Freeman was a regular on Electric Company before he made it big in Driving Miss Daisy.
