Default C2040 - Night Shots Problem

Hi, would like to check with other C2040 owners. I start getting noise at 4s and onward under ISO100 (firmware upgraded) . Do the rest have the same problem from 4s onward? 2s and below do not have noise. 3s do not have but after a while it start to have noise. Please share your experience at what s onward do you get noise...

OK here come some e.g, (BTW they are NG shots). I realised I do have a 4s shot without noise. But later on, even 2s get noise. I gues the DC warm like Jayan said. Need you guy to confirm and also confirm what i see in the photo is noise.

not much visible noise, but if you used a tripod, the photo will turn out even nicer cos I think all the photo suffer from a little bit of hand shake

from the photos I only saw handshake..those bright dots could be due to handshake and are not noise..

Kevin: when is the free course?...I almost forgot abt it. I also have not upgraded my firmware (or remap) yet. No time to go down esp when they only during office hour

Oh yah about the class, I am still WAITING for Blitz to fax in his form!

BTW, according to Megadark, the course run from 6.30 pm to 10.30pm. He feels that 80% of the course cover something he already know as a newbie. The 20% that he learnt is very good. So the catch here is speding 4 hrs and 20% is useful for you!!!

Sorry, my mistake. Didn't know PS6 auto clean up for me. Didn't check before I post.

Anway, I post another unedited one. IF you guy find it too slow let me know. I figure that this section don't display the picture and you guys have to go over to homex so is not violating the rules.

Don't know how leh. I just follow the standard instruc tion to reduce pixel size and then the level 6 of compression but the images turn out very clean. The previous 2 two photos have a little noise on the cloud.

The latest one is the worst but I don't know if it due to the fact that the DC is on for a while so the CCD heat up!
