What is the size of the 1.7 teleconverter?

Anyone knows if I need a converter for an EOS300? Also... can I use it on a C3040z?

The B300 is on a 55mm thread

If you thinking of putting on the EOS 300, might as well get a TC that is fixed between the Body and the Lens..........

Oso, there is the Vignetting(Is this the way to spell!?) problem when use on the 3040.... even at the tele end!

then you should use the Tcon14B the rear filter size is 62mm, it is 1.4X but migh bigger size hence it won't vignette
