Seriously I think this SLS uncle is really impressive to pull it off.
Dun tink it was the new card that really mattered to the old uncle, but it was the thrill of being able to pull it off, and especially at a place as pai lang as SLS.

As for your RC car, do you still have it? It will have special sentimental value sia.
    Spider?

I don't know where my RC is now. That incident was about 20 yrs ago? To be honest, though i was annoyed with my dad for being nice about it,i guess i will do the same if i'm in his shoes.

Good that you empathize your dad. Oh well, past is past. Next time we go shoot RC/model cars. I used to have an RC too, a Tamiya Boomerang!

Judging by that last line of yours, Tamiya Boomerang, I say you're about 30 years old, +/-?

Anyway, I applaud your level-headedness and calm manner in which you have dealt the situation with. Thanks for sharing. Intentional or not, it's good for everyone to know.

Yeah, labelling is definitely needed. Cam-wise, I won't get any mix up.. I have a special marking (dirt) on my mirror that can be seen and recognized in the viewfinder

It was quite amusing. It's more David Blaine than David Copperfield.. no stage work. Pure street magic

it also depends also on who you mixed with ...... if yr friends are all using brand new lens then probably you can also do a "honest mistake" switch without the labeling ... dont think you can restick your gaffer on a new lens that fast?..

I have tried to let some quickhands to swap my 50mm with their 70-200mm F2.8

So far no quickhand is interested.
