Default Dehumidifier

I am planning to reduce the moisture in my storeroom. What are the possible ways to dehumidify the air?

If i want to use a Dehumidifier Lamp, where do i purchase it? And does anywhere in singapore sells a Dehumidifier kind of device?

thanks.
One question:
A dehumidifier dries the air by condensation. Will a heater do the same to dry the air by methods of evaporation?

What is easier for you: a) have a dehumidifier running or b) heating up your room to 40+ degrees? Both would give your a Relative Humidity of about 50%, provided no new humidity comes in from outside. After one month your utility bill will tell you
