I thought there was a bit of humour in this picture.
Note how the angle is carefully chosen so that the licence plate cannot be seen, in order not to get anyone into trouble!

IMHO I believe a full side view of the motorcycle (hence focusing on the bike itself) might create a better effect. The focus is now on the gate.

you can always use PS to clean up the license plate number
