    Seriously I have no idea how the test images were captured. No clue as to which camera bodies were used, though I see Canon lenses, Nikon lenses and wait for it Carl Zeiss lens!!

    this photog, seems to me that he has a funny way of testing lenses? f/1.4, but shooting from such a distance with black background... where's the bokeh?

    anyone can intepret what he's trying to do?...

    that's what i thought so. the other chap who does an actual testing of the lens seemingly does that - but this is different since this is a studio setup, of which i'm more than ready to admit i'm not familiar with.
