Lens fungus - needs cleaning

Hi,

I have a friend with a F55 and her lens , 28-80mm and 70-300mm have some fungus on it due to lack of usage. the fungus are not massive but if it's not expensive to clean, might want to try cleaning them.

I read that there's some one in the forum who opens up the lens and clean them.
Any one knows who?

Or is there any places which cleans them?
