How about those half-dead horses? Blur-horses? Old horses? retired Studs?, etc
Would you beat a half-dead dog? Cat? Person? Come on, that's still cruelty.

Animal haters stay away from this thread. We are only talking about beating dead-horses here, not live ones. Moreover, it would be difficult to beat a live horse since they could run away.

You have to see it before you can find it.

yes i did. all 4min + of it. You should too. Learnt a great deal about the stroke and beating. The harmony and sychronising to the bg music was superb. A great contender for movie awards but alas it's only 4mins long.

Please enlighten me the 'into glue' part. What does ' Beating a dead horse into glue' exactly mean?

It's not about whether the horse is dead or not.

It's about whether you can hear its heart beating and see yourself riding it into sunset with the dust swirling behind.

The deeper meaning of it is in the glue and not the horse.

The horse is just an illusion.

But you can smell and touch the glue.

So the glue is the path to the truth.

This is excellent. Now that you have watched all 4+ minutes of it, you can advise the model on how to beat the dead horse with regards to the technique of beating and the kind of stroke to use as well. Perhaps we need to bring along a boombox to play similar music.
