there are 2 prices. Full fees $2100. Singaporean $1200. So whc one to i pay for?

is a great course. too bad the course timing is every sat from 1 to 730pm ...

Singaporean citizens/PRs are eligible for the subsidised fee of $1200. But for this roadshow period, till Sunday 24th August, there is a discount of $400, which would bring the fees down to just $800. You can enrol immediately for a downpayment of just $50.

To qualify for the discount, you don't need to go down to the roadshow; you'll just have to sign up before the roadshow ends.
