Event: Suntec Dance 2008 (Heats)

This dance event is one of the heats (16 & 17 Aug 2008).

The following are some of shots taken. When I arrived at the scene,
it was already packed with people. I was standing on the left side of the
stage, thus the shots are angled from the left side.

Another note is that they were beaming coloured stage lights onto
the stage. So, some images will appear to have some kind of colour
casts.

Yr photos was well capture. I was there too. I was blocked by the photographer in yr last photos. Keep it up.

Thanks for viewing and your comment.

Yeah, when I reached there, I could not move to the centre.
So, I have no choice but use whatever angle I have.

In the end, I am glad that I stayed at that spot. I believe that
some of the dance actions may not be captured nicely at the
dead centre.

Hi,

Thanks for your comment and advice.

I will try slower shutter next time round. Actually, I did some
shots with slower shutter but the motion of the dancers was
quite fast, as such I could not get the images sharp enough.

Will experiment in the next round. I will definitely shoot more.
