Chelsea lost 2 points again yesterday and it means the title race has become more open than ever ...

We must get a win against Villa today to capitalise on the slip up ...

    Go Gunners!

not to be a pessimist but villa has been beating most of the big 4 this season except arsenal...they just need to play 2 big and tall strikers then our center backs can KO already.

i hate the short center back system...almost everyone in the top 6 got tall cb only arsenal don't have.

Arsenal has never been this close to Chelsea all season.
Let's hope Arsenal beat Portsmouth midweek.

Great result and Fabregas single-handedly turned the game in our favour!

Sad to see him sub off in less than half an hour ... hope it's just precautionary ...

Wenger usually prefers to groom youngsters from its academy. I really admire the way he manages Arsenal. Not like some other clubs, only BBB..

It was a good game yesterday, Ramsey scoring a nice one.
Actually IMO, they need defenders... if Gallas or Vermy goes out with injury, and with Senderos not playing at all.....our next back up is Silve....OMG NOOoooooo.....

I am a Man Utd fan and I feel Arsenal have a very good chance of winning the Premiership, looking very consistent and their ability to bounce back after crushing losses. Good luck to you guys for 2010! May the best team wins

They are more confident this year and seems to have better self belief they can do it. Yes, they need to buy extra 1 player in all department. Most importantly they need an all out striker. Hope they have a good buy in January. Go Gunners.. for the love of the beautiful game.

The top 2 teams won their games yesterday so it's up to us tonight whether we can turn it into a 3 horse-race ...

    Go Gunners!

if arsene is willing to give him a chance, i believe he should still be able to do the job so long as his other partner or the dm is willing to cover him for his lack of pace.
could be a decent choice for 3rd choice center back.

with his signing, senderos is as good as gone.
his mental state after the liverpool game last season has reached a new low.

nice win , hopefully they can keep the momentum going...and win as much games as possible.
even if we don't win, getting 2nd spot ahead of manu would be nice for a change.

yes it was a very useful win. the build-up to the 2 goals was very good. good to see merida get his first goal.

however i think our performance not quite there yet. traore wasn't quite his usual self, and our defence and midfield kept giving the ball away too many times. lucky not to concede a goal or 2.
