    True. Actually, F***ers are everywhere.

You see me not happy, i become your F***er. I see you not happy, you become my F***er.

Just a matter of views and opinion.

Key is how to compromise or learn how to play along with the game.

I really miss ICT, I find passing time during the annual ICT really helps me to recover from work overload. It kinda helps teleport me back to the good old days, fellow mates are aware that we are no longer of that age, but we still make references that makes us feel like as if we are 18 years old. Enjoy your ICT while you still can.

Been away for too long. This didn't help (when did they replace ROD with ORD anyway?). So, erm, what is MR? And what's this "credit"?

some info for those going for NS and those going to ORD

Under the Enlistment Act, Chapter 93, every Singapore citizen and permanent resident is liable for full-time National Service (NS) for a period of 2 years before they turned Operationally Ready.
During their Operationally Ready National Service (ORNS) years, National Servicemen (NSmen) will be called up for training to strengthen, sharpen and sustain their proficiency and operational readiness.
NSmen can be called up to perform 40 days of NS every workyear (from 1st April of a calendar year to 31st March of the next calendar year).
They may be called-up for a continuous period of up to 6 days (Low-Key Training) or 7 days or longer (High-Key Training).
A maximum of 6 months of advance notification will be sent to NSmen to notify them of their scheduled NS training.
The advance notification is to minimise the inconvenience imposed on our NSmen as well as allow them to make the necessary arrangements to their commitments so that they can attend their training as scheduled.
If NSmen are unable to attend their training as scheduled, they may apply for deferment, which will be decided by their unit Commanders (COs).
Those NSmen who have been approved for deferment will be scheduled for a Make-Up Training (MUT) within the same workyear.
Absence from training will result in NSmen being tagged as Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL) and be subject to disciplinary action.
NSmen who have reached 50 years old (Officers) and 40 years old (Warrant Officers, Specialists and Enlisted personnel) respectively will no longer be liable for NS.

Fortunately I have Google to rescue me after I entered enough search terms

So what does it mean to be assigned to MR? Is it just fancy language to imply you're not out of the SAF's grasps but all else remains unchanged as before, or is there something extra that we need to continue to do (like apply for exit permits)?
