    I am wondering how much of these beautiful shots were attributed to the newer fantastic Nikon D3,D300 and D700 higher iso numbers... great shots.

    I think all Getty Images are from Canon cameras as Canon sponsor all the cameras. Its somewhere on Canon website if you want to verify it. I do not know what AFP uses. Could be Canon too. And I think a lot still depends on the man behind the camera, as can be seen in the precise timing and the exact alignment in certain shots.

    wrong thinking!. i know some getty photographers are using nikon.
