    Default Timer for Nikon D80

Anyone out there know where I can buy a 3rd party timer for a Nikon D80?

Timer that can delay shutter closure more than the default 30 seconds of the Nikon D80 (ideally up to 5 minutes or more)

    Nice to have:
Timer can also shoot at specific intervals (e.g. every 10 minutes) over several hours/days

I heard that Jinbei may have a similar model but I don't know where to buy it and not sure if there are other brands that are better. Any advise on this is much appreciated.

TR-80 N2 Phottix Timer Remote for Nikon D70s D80 will meet your requirement perfectly. The seller is also a reputable one in eBay and Phottix is a reasonable good 3rd party brand.

This is a remote switch with an 2.6ft cord and a self-timer, interval timer, long-exposure timer, and exposure-count setting feature. The timer can be set anywhere from 1 second to 99 hours. A new dial enables you to easily enter the numeric settings with a single thumb. The LCD panel can also be illuminated.

I bought the Aputure timer remote cord from Gadget Infinity for my D200 and it works great.
