Sony P8 or P10 worth buying?

Hi, looking to get a point-n-shoot camera for girlfriend, and thinking of getting either the P8 or P10.... what do you guys think?

but if you're just doing P&S.. i don't think you need 5 megapixels

actually for P&S.. or rather for anything less than 5 megapixels

i recommend canon ixus 400
or v3.

coz of digic

and sony never put that much effort into its 4 mp and less cameras (i think)

canon IXUS cheaper and looks nicer for a pretty lady.

i dunno about the looks, but my sister took one look at the ixus 400 and went "wah so fat" and choose the P8 instead

P8 is good. sleek looking and sexy. More feature, lighter and smaller than my P2 model. Also, the movie recording feature (640x480) is awesome.
